TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Terms and Conditions:-

1. All items posted here is a pre-order item unless it is labelled as ready-stock. Ready-stock items in the US would take around 3-4 weeks to arrive here in Malaysia. Pre-order items might take longer, depending on stock availability in the US.
2. All items are bought from USA Coach Boutiques or Coach Premium Outlets and are 100% authentic.
3. All items are brand new and comes with tag and dustbag, unless stated otherwise.
4. The price stated covers the costs of the bags, inclusive of customs and sales taxes as well as shipping and handling. The price is inclusive of Pos Laju, so you are paying for the delivery of your items straight to your doorstep.
5. For pre-order items, an upfront deposit of 50% of the purchase price is required. The balance 50% is to be paid within 2 days of the arrival of the items in Malaysia.
6. We will release the items to other buyers if you fail to pay the balance purchase price within the stipulated time, and your deposit of 50% will be forfeited.
7. We offer Cash on Delivery of the 50% balance price of arrived items within the areas of Melaka Tengah, Melaka Raya and Bukit Beruang (MMU).
8. Once order is confirmed and payment of deposit is made, no cancellation or postponement is allowed.
9. To order, please email the following to handlemybags@gmail.com : Your Name, Your Contact Details, Item Name, Number and Colour as well as Payment Method of Choice.
10. At the moment, mode of payment that is accepted is through online banking, CimbClicks or Maybank2u or direct bank-in deposit to any of our three accounts (CIMB, Maybank or Public Bank). We will inform you of the details once your order has been confirmed.
11. Should the items you require be out of stock or unavailable, full refund of the deposit will be given.
12. Please give us at least 12 hours to reply to your emails. If after 24 hours we have yet to reply to your email, please resend them.
13. Please buy with confidence. Because we love handbags just as much as you do! We strive to provide you with the satisfaction of owning your dream bag at a fraction of the costs. Thus our profit margin is very very low because all we want is to share the happiness a handbag can provide!!
